Credit Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and as president of the Montana Ag Lenders Ranch School. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration-Real Estate from the University of Montana.

Paul’s School and then graduated from Yale University in 1967 with a B.A. in Latin American History. After a brief stint on Wall Street and an exploratory year in South America, Jim came
to Hall and Hall in 1972 as one of only two ranch partners. Even then, he was convinced that investment in the unique landscapes of the Rocky Mountain West would appeal to a national and
even international clientele. Since then, he and a growing number of co-owners and partners in multiple offices throughout the region have built Hall and Hall into what is arguably the largest ranch real estate firm in the world specializing in the financing,
sale and management of the “investment-quality rural real estate” of the Rocky Mountains and Great Plains and increasingly throughout the world. Jim is a retired polo player, a fly-fisherman, and has been involved as a board member of the Montana
Nature Conservancy and serves on the Yellowstone Park Foundation’s Advisory Counsel. He enjoys international travel with his wife who operates a safari company. He continues to encourage Hall and Hall’s involvement with unique, wild properties
throughout the world.

A real estate partner since 1981 and a principal partner since 1992, Doug has been involved with ranching most of his life. His initial exposure to the Rocky Mountain region was through his
family’s ranch operation in the Sunlight Basin near Yellowstone National Park. Doug feels that the preservation of ranches and wildlife using conservation easements, and sound farming and range
management techniques is the most important response to the development pressures facing our region. He was one of the first board members of the Greater Yellowstone Coalition. Doug holds real estate licenses in several
states and is currently a director of the Wyoming Stockgrowers Agricultural Land Trust, whose mission is to preserve ranches and the ranching way of life without compromising local ecosystems. A graduate of the University of Montana at Missoula, Doug
currently owns and operates a small ranch outside of Cody, Wyoming.

Raised in Montana, as were his parents, grandparents and great grandparents, Randy is the newest member of the Hall and Hall real estate partnership. Randy brings with him a background in the
mortgage industry as well as 15 years experience in real estate sales. He graduated from Gonzaga University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Randy
and his wife KayDel have two children, a son Sam and a daughter, Tessa. The entire family enjoys the fresh air of the Montana outdoors. His hobbies are team-roping, hunting and fishing, but his free time is spent watching his
children participate in many of their different activities which include wrestling, track, basketball, football and music. Randy enjoys volunteering time by coaching kids’ athletics or volunteering for hospice. Randy focuses on the plains and mountains of eastern
Montana and northeastern Wyoming from Hall and Hall’s corporate headquarters in Billings.

calf production as a secondary enterprise. With his agricultural background and coupled with his B.S. in Agricultural Business (Montana State University) and M.A. in Agricultural Economics (Washington
State University), he has specific expertise managing larger producing properties. Jerome realizes that effective communication is the first step in successfully managing properties and strives to develop long term relationships
with clients. His primary recreational activities are upland bird hunting behind his black lab and participating in his kid’s extra curricular activities.

is a fourth generation Montanan raised on a ranch in the north-central part of the state. Prior to joining Hall and Hall in 1999, Dave spent more than 11 years originating and servicing
agricultural real estate loans for MetLife in the Rocky Mountain Region. Dave holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University.

Dakota and Minnesota. During his eight-year stay in Minneapolis, he spent time as a floor broker at the Minneapolis Grain Exchange and served as president of CHS Inc.’s subsidiary, Country Hedging, Inc. Wes is also a past

Company. He has a diverse background as a result of range management work that has stretched from the Great Basin of Nevada to the High Desert in Oregon and eastward throughout Montana and Wyoming.

firm in 1992. Joel grew up on a family ranch in Madison Valley, near Ennis, Montana. After receiving a B.S. in Agricultural Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Joel returned to Ennis to work
on the family ranch. He entered the real estate business in 1981. Joel has served as past president of the Madison County Board of Realtors, on the Board of Directors of the Montana Association of Realtors, and on the Board of
Trustees of the Museum of the Rockies. He and his wife, Dawn, currently live on a small horse ranch in the north end of the Gallatin Valley.

Raised between Alabama and the Cayman Islands, Bill joined Hall and Hall as a ranch partner in the fall of 1996. He first came to Montana to work as a fly-fishing guide and ranch hand during a
summer break from law school. Bill returned to Montana not long after graduation and became the Tribal Prosecutor for the Crow Tribe with a strong focus on case work under the Indian Child
Welfare Act. In addition to his law degree, Bill holds an undergraduate degree in music from the University of Miami. He remains passionate about his music and still enjoys playing several stringed instruments in a variety
of musical idioms. He is also a skilled photographer and devoted practitioner of Bikram yoga. It was inevitable that he found his way into a real estate career as the profession stretches back four generations in his family. His love of the northern Rocky

developed a respected reputation as a ranch broker in our region. Stoney was raised in Central Nebraska, a fourth generation ranching and farming family in the agricultural business since
1858. He is currently licensed as a real estate broker in Idaho, Montana and Oregon. He served two terms as the president of the Sun Valley Real Estate Board and three terms as vice president of the Idaho Association of

ranchlands and resolve natural resource conflicts. He became a partner of Hall and Hall in March 2004. A native of Virginia, Trent graduated from Woodberry Forest School and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from
Hampden-Sydney College. Trent and his wife, Cecile, moved west to Idaho in 1994. Enjoyment of the outdoors is evident in Trent’s dedication to fly-fishing and upland bird hunting. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Wood River Land Trust. Trent
and Cecile have two children, a son Parker and a daughter Airey.

Prior to joining Hall and Hall Scott led one of the largest real estate auction companies in the United States and conducted land auctions from Coast to Coast. He brought 25 years of auction experience - specializing in land - to the firm when he joined in 2010.
Scott grew up on a farm in eastern Colorado near Strasburg. He fell in love with the auction business at an early age. He attended Missouri Auction School in 1986 and opened an auction firm shortly thereafter. He was able to use this business as a platform to work his way through college earning Bachelor of Science and Masters Degrees in Agriculture respectively from Colorado State University in 1991 and Purdue University in 1993.
Scott was awarded the 1997 and 2002 Auction of the Year awards from the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) and is currently the only two time winner. He has also earned a host of other auction advertising and marketing awards including the prestigious Rose Award presented by the Certified Auctioneers Institute. Scott has served as an instructor for the Certified Auctioneers Institute, Trustee for the NAA Education Institute, as well as on the Executive Committee for the NAA Board of Directors. He has held auction and real estate licenses in 17 states.
Scott and his wife Krista reside in Eaton, Colorado with their 3 children Amanda, Walker and Shelby. They enjoy hiking and snow skiing in their free time.

Born and raised in Kansas, John grew up around ranching and ranch real estate. His father, Doug, founded Doug Wildin & Associates Ranch Brokers in the 1960's. John attended Kansas State University, became a licensed pilot and joined his father in 1978. Since then he has successfully marketed hundreds of thousands of acres of farm and ranch real estate. He has spent his career developing personal and business relationships with many of the agricultural producers throughout the United States through his support of such organizations as the National Cattlemen's Beef Association and by concentrating on serving their real estate needs in an ethical and service oriented manner. He also participates in the Kansas Livestock Association. His decades of farming and ranching experience served as a background for his broad working knowledge of all phases of livestock and farm production agriculture.
John loves the outdoors and relishes time spent at his second home in the Colorado mountains. He enjoys hiking and skiing and is an avid golfer and even brokered golf courses at one point in his career. John resides in Hutchinson Kansas and has two grown children.

of MetLife and served as President and CEO of MONY Agricultural Investment Advisers, Inc. until MONY was purchased in 2004. Monte holds a BS degree in Agricultural Economics with an emphasis in finance from Texas Tech
University and attended graduate school at Texas A&M University.
