Hall and Hall Completes Sale of Colorado Ranch

DENVER - Hall and Hall, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the Sound of Music Ranch located in San Miguel County near Telluride, Colorado.

The ranch was offered in two separate configurations as well as in its entirety but was purchased intact from a buyer who would like to remain confidential. The list price for the entire Sound of Music Ranch was $28,800,000 with Hall and Hall's Mike Hall and Jeff Buerger representing the sellers in the transaction. Proceeds from this sale will be donated to the YMCA of San Diego County and The Arizona Community Foundation.
