The 785+/- deeded acre property was offered at
$7,950,000 with Hall and Hall's Bill McDavid representing the seller
in the transaction. Hall and Hall is celebrating its 60th
anniversary this year and experienced a record 2005 with ranch sales
exceeding $300 million.
