to announce the sale of the Arrow Land & Livestock Ranch located in
the North Big Hole Valley. This legendary ranch has 15,000
contiguous deeded acres with nine miles of common boundary amid
national forest.
The property was offered at $17,000,000 with
Hall and Hall’s Stoney Burke and Trent Jones from the Sun Valley,
Idaho office representing the seller in the transaction.
"This ranch has excellent improvements, 6000+/-
acres gravity flood irrigated and adjacent USFS grazing permit with
1,600 animal units," said Jones. "Four streams also enter the ranch
from the forest service boundary. This is a very productive and
significant land holding in the Big Hole Valley."
