the sale of the Rodwell Ranch located near the foot of the Wyoming
Range close to the town of Kemmerer, Wyoming. The 7000-deeded acre
ranch is bisected by over three linear miles of Fontenelle Creek and
has a 1000+ cow BLM grazing permit.
The property was offered at $6,500,000 with Hall and
Hall Ranch Partner, Will Rigsby representing the seller in the
transaction. Hall and Hall is celebrating its 60th
anniversary this year and experienced a record 2005 with ranch sales
exceeding $300 million.
