to announce the sale of the Big Horn Bend Ranch, located in Hot
Springs County, near Thermopolis, Wyoming. The ranch has over 3.5+/-
miles of the Big Horn River and is a productive 840+/- acre (over 400
acres irrigated) ranch.
The property was offered at $1,900,000 with
Hall and Hall Director, Doug Hart representing the seller in the
transaction. Hall and Hall is celebrating its 60th
anniversary this year and experienced a record 2005 with ranch sales
exceeding $300 million.
