NORTH PLATTE, NE - Hall and Hall, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the Ruzicka Farm located in Lincoln County, 15 miles southeast of North Platte. The farm consists of 1,760+/- acres with 1,395+/- acres pivot irrigated.

The farm was offered at $3,150,000 with Hall and Hall’s Tom Metzger representing the sellers in the transaction. "The Ruzicka Farm is an excellent center pivot operation," said Metzger. "Row crops include corn and soybeans with corn yields exceeding 200 bushels. Improvements also includes 11 center pivots."
